"Being A Rapper is Illegal" is an art piece in the form of fashion to convey a message,  on how being a rapper in this generation can also turn you into a target of the law. It also is meant to highlight a  dangerous lifestyle in hip hop that is celebrated and often rewarded. Which leads a lot of young, hungry artist feeling pressured to live that lifestyle in order to sell records.
